It's A Hard Knock Life.

Matt and I currently have a VERY large decision to make. Either way we go, it's not a good or easy choice, but it is in fact a choice we HAVE to make. If anyone knows a lawyer that either doesn't charge much or would do a free consultation regarding real estate, I would be greatly indebted to you and would find some way to return the favor.
